摘 要:以刚性虎克铰链结构形式为基础,结合蝶型柔性机构,设计了一种大变形柔性虎克铰链,并对新铰链进行了仿真分析和测试试验。通过仿真分析可知,在铰链的转动过程中最大轴漂为11.1μm,且铰链在非转动自由度上具有较大刚度;通过测试试验可得,该铰链绕X轴和绕Y轴的转动角度均能达到±9°。结果表明,该柔性虎克铰链转角大、刚度好、精度高且运动稳定。Based on the rigid Hooke hinge structure and combined with the butterfly flexible structure,a large-deformation flexible Hooke hinge was designed,and the new hinge was simulated and tested.Through simulation analysis,it can be seen that the maximum axis drift is 11.1μm during the rotation of the hinge,and the hinge has a large stiffness in the non-rotational freedom of movement.Through the test experiment,it can be found that the rotation angle of the hinge around the X axis and around the Y axis can reach±9°.The results show that the flexible hooke hinge has large rotation angle,good stiffness,high precision and stable motion.
