摘 要:为了提高数控机床虚拟拆装系统的碰撞检测效率,以CK6140S数控机床为原型,采用UG软件对数控机床各模块精确建模,并利用3DMax软件对模型进行渲染和贴图生成高质量的虚拟现实模型,最后导入Unity 3D完成数控机床虚拟拆装系统的开发。提出Sphere-EBB算法对装配模型进行预检测、初步检测和精确检测,保证碰撞检测的实时性,提高碰撞检测的效率。实验结果表明:该系统具有良好的人机交互体验,沉浸感十足,功能强大,可以满足数控机床虚拟拆装需求。In order to improve the collision detection efficiency of the virtual disassembly system of CNC machine tools,the CK6140S numerical control machine tool is used as the prototype,the UG software is used to accurately model each module of CNC machine tool,and 3DMax software is used to render and map the model to generate high-quality virtual reality model.Finally,Unity 3D is imported to complete the development of the virtual disassembly system of CNC machine tools.The Sphere-EBB algorithm is proposed to conduct pre-detection,preliminary detection and accurate detection of the assembly model,so as to ensure the real-time performance of collision detection and improve the efficiency of collision detection.The experimental results show that the system has a good human-computer interaction experience,full of immersion,powerful function,can meet the requirements of CNC machine tool virtual disassembly.
