摘 要:为了减少设计优化中迭代计算花费大量时间,确保能够快速响应、准确给出有限元分析结果,将超单元技术应用在内置换料水箱过滤器抗震分析优化中,对比了超单元方法和传统方法的精度和效率。结果表明,针对过滤器模型,与传统方法相比,超单元方法能够减少95%的计算时间,输出结果文件较传统方法小98%,并且计算精度与传统方法相当。因此在大型复杂结构或模块化结构的优化分析中,可以采用超单元方法节省计算时间和储存空间。In order to reduce the large amount of time spent on iterative calculations in design optimization and to ensure that the finite element analysis results can be given quickly and accurately,the super element technology was applied to the seismic analysis optimization of the in-containment refueling water storage tank filter,and the accuracy and efficiency of the super element method and the traditional method were compared.The investigation shows that for the filter model,compared with the traditional method,the super element method can reduce the calculation time by 95%,the output result file is 98%smaller than the traditional method,and the calculation accuracy is comparable to the traditional method.Therefore,in the optimization analysis of large and complex structures or modular structures,the super element method can be used to save computation time and file storage space.
