摘 要:针对工业厂房楼面结构裂缝问题,分析目前工业厂房楼面结构施工现状,阐述楼面结构裂缝问题出现的成因,通过采用以加大截面为主的裂缝控制技术、低压注浆法等裂缝控制方法,基本解决了工业厂房楼面结构裂缝问题。实践结果表明,虽然楼面结构裂缝无法完全避免,但在实际施工过程中,加强施工过程质量控制,根据常见楼面结构裂缝类型制订预防措施,既能降低工业厂房楼面结构裂缝问题出现的概率,又能提升工业厂房楼面结构整体稳定性,延长工业厂房使用期限。Aiming at the problem of structural cracks on the floor of industrial powerhouse, this paper analyzes the current construction status of the floor structure of industrial powerhouse, expounds the causes of the cracks on the floor structure, and basically solves the problem of structural cracks on the floor of industrial powerhouse by using crack control technology based on enlarging section, low pressure grouting and other crack control methods. The practical results show that although the cracks of the floor structure cannot be completely avoided, in the actual construction process, strengthening the quality control of the construction process and formulating preventive measures according to the common types of cracks of the floor structure can not only reduce the probability of the cracks of the floor structure of the industrial plant, but also improve the overall stability of the floor structure of the industrial plant and extend the service life of the industrial plant.
