摘　　要：EPC模式是近年来工程建设常用的一种承包方式,如何实现造价的有效管理是EPC工程总承包项目管理的重要内容与难点。论文对我国工程项目EPC模式发展情况加以分析,结合工程实例详细探讨了EPC工程总承包项目的造价管理特点,并提出了基于BIM技术的EPC项目造价管理方法。EPC mode is a common contracting mode in engineering construction in recent years. How to realize effective cost management is an important content and difficulty of EPC project management. This paper analyzes the development of EPC mode of engineering projects in China, discusses the cost management characteristics of EPC general contracting projects in detail combined with engineering examples, and puts forward the cost management method of EPC projects based on BIM technology.
