摘  要:为研究暗挖衬砌中使用的波纹钢结构法兰连接节点的受力性能,设计对该类节点进行抗弯试验研究及数值分析。对法兰连接波纹钢试件、带有加强构件的试件与无连接钢板试件进行纯弯试验研究,监测各个试件在纯弯曲状态下的应变和变形,同时改变法兰板厚度与波纹板厚度两种参数,研究其对于连接节点承载能力的影响。运用有限元法对板件在试验工况下的响应进行模拟,改变法兰板厚度、螺栓预紧力及荷载方向以探究其对法兰板的响应。结果表明,构件的几何参数将导致节点破坏模式与承载能力的不同,相对较弱的构件将控制节点处的承载能力。所选用的两类加强方式均对构件的强度与刚度有较好的加强效果。有限元计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,法兰板厚度和螺栓预紧力均对节点的力学性能产生了一定影响。节点承受负弯矩状态下的刚度有所降低,约为承受正弯矩时刚度的50%~65%。Bending test and numerical simulation of flange joint of corrugated steel lining plate are conducted in order to study the mechanical property and bearing capacity.Pure bending tests are carried out on flange connected corrugated steel specimens,specimens with reinforcement members and specimens without connecting steel plates to test the strain and deformation of each specimen in pure bending,while varying both the flange plate thickness and corrugated plate thickness to study their influences on the load carrying capacity of connections.The response of the plate in the test is simulated by using the finite element method,and the response of the flange plate is explored by changing the thickness of flange plate,the bolt preload and the load direction.The result shows that the geometric parameters make differences to the failure mode and bearing capacity,but have relatively weaker impacts to the bearing capacity of connections.The chosen stiffener has better effectiveness on the strength and rigidity of connection.The finite element calculation results fit well with the test results.The flange plate thickness and bolt preload have a certain impact to the mechanical properties of the joint.The stiffness of the joint under negative bending moment is reduced,which is about 50%-65%of that under positive bending moment.
