超大跨度肋环型弦支穹顶临时支撑体系对比研究

摘　　要：贵阳奥林匹克体育中心(二期)主体育馆屋盖为超大跨度肋环型弦支穹顶结构,净跨度为117 m,屋顶最大高度为42 m,下部共布置5圈索杆体系,其临时支撑体系的布置是影响结构张拉成型状态及施工安全的重要因素。对弦支穹顶结构的临时支撑体系布置方案进行对比研究,综合对比其整体结构成型状态、成型位形的坐标偏差、成型态索力偏差及其他因素,最终采用3圈分散支撑胎架的方案,并与施工实测数据进行对比,其施工完成态位形与设计初始态位形吻合,进一步验证了方案的合理性,可为类似的工程提供参考。A super large-span ribbed-type suspen-dome is applied in the roof of the main gymnasium of Guiyang Olympic Sports Center(second stage).Five rings of cable-strut system are arranged in the suspended dome with a net span of 117 m and a maximum altitude of 42 m.Since the arrangement of this temporary supporting system is a major influencing factor to the structural completed state and construction safety,the arrangement scheme for this temporary support system is studied in this paper.By comparing the completed state of the entire structure,the coordinate deviation of completed shape,cable force deviation and other factors,a scheme of three-ring discrete support is finally adopted.Through comparing the simulation results with the monitored data in construction,it’s indicated that the shape of construction at the completed state is consistent with that of design state.Moreover,the proposed scheme is proved to be reasonable and can provide a reference for similar construction projects.
