摘 要:以商业化45S5生物活性玻璃粉为原料,采用微波烧结与普通烧结(热辐射)制备Na_(2)O-CaO-SiO_(2)-P_(2)O_(5)系生物微晶玻璃,研究烧结机制对微晶玻璃结构与性能的影响。通过DSC,XRD,Raman及SEM对不同烧结工艺制备样品的热力学,物相结构进行表征。进一步,采用AFM测试样品的杨氏模量,普通烧结样品杨氏模量在45~65 GPa范围,微波烧结样品杨氏模量在40~60 GPa范围。结果表明,微波效应优化了微晶玻璃晶相组织,使其结构更加致密,并且各样品中杨氏模量分布更加均匀。Using commercial 45S5 bioactive glass powder as raw material,microwave sintering and traditional sintering(thermal radiation)were used to prepare Na_(2)O-CaO-SiO2-P_(2)O_(5)system biological glass-ceramics.This work studied the effect of sintering mechanism on the structure and properties of glass-ceramics.Thermodynamics and phase structure of samples prepared by different sintering processes were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope(SEM).At the same time,AFM was utilized to test the Young’s modulus of the samples.The Young’s modulus of common sintered samples were in the range of 45~65 GPa,microwave sintered samples in the range of 40~60 GPa.The results showed that microwave sintering optimizes the crystal phase structure of the glass-ceramics,making the structure more compact.In addition,it can be found that the Young’s modulus distribution in each sample is more uniform.
