摘 要:以粉煤灰漂珠、α-Al2O3为原料,AlF3和V2O5为添加剂,经混料、挤制成型、坯体干燥、固相烧结制备出莫来石质多孔陶瓷材料,研究了原料配比和煅烧温度对莫来石质陶瓷材料结构与性能的影响。结果表明:1)当粉煤灰漂珠与α-Al2O3质量配比从35∶65变化至55∶45,煅烧温度在1100℃与1200℃时,石英衍射峰在增强,刚玉衍射峰在减弱,莫来石衍射峰变化不明显;在1300℃时,石英衍射峰消失,刚玉衍射峰变得更弱,莫来石衍射峰明显增强;扫描图片发现莫来石的长径比在逐渐减小;2)当质量配比从35∶65变化至55∶45,陶瓷材料的气孔率先增大后减少,体积密度和耐压强度先减少后增大;3)在质量配比为45∶55时,1300℃可获得性能较佳的莫来石质多孔陶瓷材料。Mullite porous ceramics material were prepared by mixing materials,extrusion molding,body drying and solid-phase sintering processes using fly ash cenosphere andα-Al2O3 as raw materials,AlF3 and V2O5 as additives.The effects of raw materials ratio and calcination temperature on the structure and properties of mullite porous ceramics were studied.The results showed that when the calcination temperature were 1100℃and 1200℃,as the mass ratio changed from 35∶65 to 55∶45,the diffraction peaks of quartz in the samples gradually increased,the corundum gradually weaken,and mullite slightly changed.When the calcination temperature was 1300℃,the diffraction peak of quartz disappeared,the corundum became weaker,and the mullite obviously enhanced,the aspect ratio of mullite crystal gradually decreased.2)The porosity of the sample firstly increased and then decreased,while the bulk density and compressive strength firstly decreased and then increased as the mass ratio changed from 35∶65 to 55∶45.3)When the mass ratio was 45∶55,the mullite porous ceramics material with a better properties can be obtained at 1300℃.
