摘　　要：结合相关文献中有关南宋冰裂纹青釉原理及其制备工艺,以白云石、方解石、木金土等为主要原料制备南宋官窑青瓷釉。通过单因素实验考察配方组成(MgO/CaO摩尔比)对南宋官窑青釉釉面效果的影响。实验结果表明:当MgO/CaO为0.25时,制备了色饱和度L*、a*、b*值分别为39.98、-6.21、7.59,光泽度<60%,裂纹效果较好的南宋官窑青釉。随着MgO/CaO含量进一步增加,釉面从粉青色突变为乳白色,釉面的光泽度也随之降低。XRD和显微镜结果表明随着MgO/CaO含量的增加,石英、辉石和顽火辉石等晶体数量不断增多所致。In this paper,the principle and preparation technology of ice cracked green glaze in Southern Song Dynasty are combined with relevant literature,the imitiated Southern Song Dynasty official kiln celadon glaze was prepared using dolomite,calcite,wood,gold and earth as the main raw materials.The influence of formula composition(MgO/CaO)on the glaze surface effect was investigated by single factor experiment.The experimental results show that when MgO/CaO is 0.25,the color saturation L*,a*,b*values are 39.98,-6.21 and 7.59,respectively,and the glossiness is less than 60%,the good crack effect is obtained.Further increasing MgO/CaO content,the glaze surface changes from pink cyan to milky white,and the glaze glossiness also decreases.XRD and microscope results show that with the increase of MgO/CaO content,the number of crystals such as quartz,pyroxene and enstatite increase,which results in low glossiness and color change.
