摘 要:以通用三轴离心机研究为基础,以确定航空部件试验器中试验主体姿态协调控制为目标,通过建立坐标系简化航空试验器中试验主体的姿态解算。根据Nx、Ny、Nz的取值,开展了试验主体合成过载与姿态角度分析,对俯仰轴及滚转轴角度范围进行修正,以简化控制系统算法解析。最后对试验主体姿态调整过程的协调控制策略进行了简要分析,对通用三轴离心机的俯仰轴及滚转轴的协调控制算法具有指导意义。Based on the research of general triaxial centrifuge, aiming to determine the attitude coordination control of the test body in the aviation component tester, the attitude solution of the test body in the aviation component tester was simplified by establishing the coordinate system. According to the values of Nx,Ny and Nz, the synthetic overload and attitude Angle analysis of the test subject were carried out, and the Angle range of pitch axis and roll axis was modified to simplify the algorithm analysis of the control system. Finally, a brief analysis of the coordinated control strategy for the attitude adjustment of the main body of the test is carried out, which has guiding significance for the coordinated control algorithm of pitch axis and roll axis in the general triaxial centrifuge.
