摘 要:本文介绍了一种基于感应同步器的时钟同步转台控制系统,该系统将感应同步器做为转台的位置反馈元件,采用鉴幅式测角电路作为转台位置传感器接口,将前放电路固定在轴端,最后通过提高接口电路的CPU处理速度、增加时钟同步机制、高速输出接口等措施解决了由于转台系统控制时钟与感应同步器测角时钟不同步导致的位置数据不可靠的问题,实现了在转台运动控制系统中的闭环应用,同时解决了原鉴相式感应同步器控制系统中由于工控机升级引起的中断瓶颈问题,并最终实现了0.00005°的角度分辨力。A clock synchronization turntable control system based on the induction synchronizer was introduced. The front amplifier circuit was fixed on the shaft end. By improving the CPU processing speed of the interface circuit, increasing clock synchronization mechanism, high-speed output interface and other measures to solve the problem of unreliable position data caused by the non synchronization between the control clock of the turntable system and the angle measuring clock of the inductosyn. The closed loop application in the motion control system of the turntable was realized. At the same time, the bottleneck problem of interruption caused by the upgrading of industrial computer in the original phase detection inductosyn control system was solved. The angular resolution of 0.00005 ° was achieved.
