突出“五力”建设 加快融合发展

摘　　要：融合发展是科技期刊发展的时代课题。本文结合百年变局与世纪疫情等背景,通过深入分析我国科技期刊发展现状,以及在融合发展中存在的思想认识、内容影响、人才队伍、体制机制、期刊版权等问题,提出科技期刊应认真贯彻落实习近平总书记重要讲话精神,守正创新,不断找准自身定位,突出思想力、引领力、融合力、复合力、机制力“五力”建设,加快科技期刊融合发展。Integrated development is a topic of the times for the development of sci-tech journals.With the context of global changes and the pandemic both unseen in a century, this paper analyses the development of Chinese sci-tech journals, and problems in integrated development, including ideological awareness, impact on content, talents, system and mechanism, and periodical copyright.On this basis, it proposes that the sci-tech journals should conscientiously implement the guiding principles of President Xi’ speech, uphold fundamental principles and break new ground, better define their roles, highlight the “Five Capacities”,namely thinking capacity, leadership capacity, integration capacity, capacity to draw talents, and capacity to upgrade the mechanism, so as to accelerate their integrated development.
