从“商船会馆”透视清代中后期上海港口及周边街区的变迁

摘　　要：沙船业的发展及船商的活动,是上海以港兴市、以商兴市的重要见证。由在上海的沙船业各帮船商集资建造的商船会馆,成立于清康熙五十四年,作为一个行业组织,存续了200多年,是上海从“传统”到“现代”的一个重要连接点,也有上海城市“活化石”之称。本文即以商船会馆为“地标”,利用大量历史地图与文献资料,结合上海航运业发展、港口及其周边街区的空间演变,围绕商船会馆的修建、置产与内部运作,以及多个沙船业家族在城内的活动情况,重点揭示商船会馆兴盛时期上海港口与县城的发展状况。The present paper points out that,the Shanghai-based Junk Guild,which was founded in 1715 and continued to exist for centuries,was an important symbol interconnecting the tradition and modernity of Shanghai.The Guild was even known as the living fossil of urban Shanghai.With a huge number of historical maps and written materials,the paper explores spatial changes around the Guild and delineates the development of Shanghai port and downtown in the Guild’s heyday.
