摘 要:我国建筑物化阶段碳排放已趋于达峰,而建筑运行碳排放仍然呈现增长趋势,因此既有建筑运行阶段的碳减排成为建筑部门实现碳中和的主要领域。北京作为国内最早提出碳达峰目标的城市之一,在既有建筑的绿色低碳化改造方面起步较早、政策及法规不断完善,并涌现出许多典型案例。以北京为例开展既有建筑绿色低碳改造调研,及时总结经验并梳理问题,以问题为导向优化改造模式及工作方法,提出进一步推动既有建筑绿色低碳改造的措施建议。China’s carbon emissions in the construction phase has tended to peak,while the carbon emissions in building operations are still showing an increasing trend.Therefore,carbon emission reduction in the operation phase of existing buildings has become the main area for the construction sector to achieve carbon neutrality.As one of the earliest cities in China to put forward the goal of peaking carbon emissions,Beijing started early in the green and low-carbon renovation of existing buildings,with continuous improvement of policies and regulations,and many typical cases have emerged.The article takes Beijing as an example to carry out research on green and low-carbon renovation of existing buildings,sum up experience and sort out problems in a timely manner,optimize the renovation model and working methods in a problem-oriented manner,and put forward measures and suggestions to further promote the green and low-carbon renovation of existing buildings,which can be popularized and used for reference.
