摘 要:本文根据我国现行电焊机能效标准GB 28736-2019《电焊机能效限定值及能效等级》和2019年10月1日欧盟发布的(EU)No 2019/1784《电焊机的生态设计要求》中对各类电焊机能效指标的规定,对中国能效标准和欧盟设计要求中各项能效指标及引用的试验方法进行了比对分析,指出功率因数、效率、空闲状态损耗等能效指标的差异;对国内5类常见的电焊机的效率限值同欧盟的设计要求做了比对,结果表明符合我国标准能效等级3级的电焊机效率普遍低于欧盟要求。通过对中国和欧盟采用能效指标的逐条分析和重要项目的单独试验,为企业工艺升级做了前期铺垫和理论支撑,对我国能效标准的制定有一定参考意义。According to the Chinese national standard,GB 28736-2019,Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for welding machines and(EU)No 2019/1784 Ecodesign requirements for welding equipment issued on 1 October 2019,the paper compares various energy efficiency indexes in the two documents,and points out the differences of energy efficiency indexes such as power factor,efficiency and idle state power consumption.It also compares the efficiency limits of five kinds of welding machines in China with the design requirements of European Union.The result shows that the efficiency of welding machines that meet China’s standard energy efficiency grade 3 is generally lower than the requirements of European Union.Through the analysis of energy efficiency indicators adopted in China and EU,and the independent test of important projects,the paper lays the theoretical foundation for the upgrading of enterprises’processes,which has certain reference for the development of energy efficiency standards in China.
