摘 要:本文对地质开发实验室计量器具类别及量值溯源方式进行调研,归纳梳理出开发类设备以零部件检定/校准为主,零部件主要为压力、温度、流量等;地质类设备以整机检定/校准和标准物质校准为主,其中部分设备无法量值溯源。本文通过对地质开发实验室量值溯源现状进行分析,发现存在5类问题并给出了合理建议,最终建立了石油地质开发实验计量器具量值溯源体系。The category of measurement instrument and the methods of quantitative traceability in geological development laboratory are investigated,and it is concluded that the development type of equipment is mainly based on the verifi cation/calibration of its key parts and components,mainly about pressure,temperature and fl ow,etc.The geological equipment is mainly based on the whole machine verifi cation/calibration and reference material calibration,some of the equipment cannot be quantified and traced to the source.This paper analyzes the current situation of quantitative traceability in geological development laboratory,points out five types of problems and gives reasonable suggestions.Finally,the metrological traceability system of the petroleum geological development experiment measuring instrument is established.
