摘　　要：对于档案文化治理,现有研究理解不一,有的从档案的文化属性或价值切入,将其理解为“档案/文化治理”,将档案文化治理置于某治理体系中的下位类;有的则更加凸显档案文化的独立性,理解为“档案文化/治理”。通过对文化研究的探赜索隐可发现,文化自身就具有“治理性”,文化功能的实现与文化治理具有逻辑上的一致性,档案治理实质就是一种文化的治理。而档案治理的既有研究也进一步论证,从文化角度对档案治理进行重新思考和表达具有必要性。There is a mixed understanding of archival cultural governance in existing research.Some understand it as “archive/cultural governance” from the cultural attributes or values of archives, placing archival cultural governance in a subordinate category of the governance system;others emphasize the independence of archival culture and interpreted it as “archival culture/governance”.However, the study of culture reveals that culture is inherently “governmentality” and archival governance is logically consistent with the realization of archival cultural functions.From a cultural perspective, the essence of archival governance is precisely archival cultural governance.Moreover, the existing research on archival governance further demonstrates the necessity to rethink and re-express archival governance from a cultural perspective.
