摘 要:讨论了影响伺服机械传动系统谐振特性的因素。基于ADAMS剖析了伺服机械传动系统的虚拟样机原理,根据某天线方位传动链工程实例,建立了天线方位传动的虚拟样机,并进行了运动学仿真,以验证虚拟样机建立的正确性。然后进行了动力学仿真分析,计算出系统的谐振频率,总结了一种分析伺服机械传动系统谐振频率的虚拟计算方法。The factors affecting the resonant characteristics of servo mechanical transmission system are discussed. Based on ADAMS, the virtual prototype principle of servo mechanical transmission system is analyzed. According to the engineering example of an antenna azimuth transmission chain, the virtual prototype of antenna azimuth transmission is established, and the kinematics simulation is carried out to verify the correctness of the virtual prototype. Then the dynamic simulation analysis is carried out, the resonant frequency of the system is calculated, and a virtual calculation method for analyzing the resonant frequency of servo mechanical transmission system is summarized.
