摘 要:为了解决现阶段高楼外墙保温施工过程操作困难、自动化程度低等问题,设计了一款可自动完成铺贴网格布与抹灰压实的铺网抹灰一体机。在完成铺网抹灰机初步设计的基础上,利用FMECA方法对铺网抹灰机的工作部分进行可靠性设计与分析;在传统风险优先系数法基础上,增设了危害度影响因素“延误工期度”,提高了可靠性分析的准确性;运用层次分析法构建故障发生度“权重向量”,减少了主观评估对故障发生度的影响,保证了故障分析的准确性。In order to solve the problems of difficult operation and low degree of automation in the thermal insulation construction process of high-rise exterior walls at this stage,an all-in-one machine for paving and plastering that can automatically complete the compaction of mesh cloth and plastering has been designed.On the basis of completing the preliminary design of the net plastering machine,the reliability design and analysis of the working part of the net plastering machine are carried out by using the FMECA method;on the basis of the traditional risk priority coefficient method,the hazard influencing factor“delay in construction period”is added to improve the accuracy of reliability analysis;and the hierarchical analysis method is used to construct a“weight vector”of failure occurrence to reduce the impact of subjective evaluation on the occurrence and ensure the accuracy of fault analysis.
