超薄超宽锂带制备设备的设计

摘　　要：针对厚度5μm、宽度200 mm的高要求锂带规格,根据其制备工艺设计了一款超薄超宽锂带制备设备,对其包含的放卷机、辊压机、收卷机三个组成部分进行了模块化设计。同时,还对设备的伺服收放卷系统进行了结构设计。该设计为超薄超宽锂带制备设备的发展提供了参考,对超薄超宽锂带的生产具有指导作用。According to the high requirement lithium tape specification of 5um thick and 200mm wide,an ultra thin and ultra wide lithium tape preparation equipment was designed according to its preparation process.Modular design is made for the three components of the equipment,namely,the unwinder,the roller press and the coiler.At the same time,the structural design of the servo winding and unwinding system is also carried out.This design provides a reference for the development of equipment for preparing ultra-thin and ultra-wide lithium tape,and has a guiding role in the production of ultra-thin and ultra-wide lithium tape.
