摘 要:设计了基于振动信号分析的带式输送机驱动滚筒轴承故障诊断系统并完成了试验分析。在研究带式输送机驱动滚筒轴承故障特征的基础上,利用时域分析方法定位故障轴承,利用频域分析方法定位故障发生部位,建立轴承滚动体故障、内圈故障、外圈故障诊断系统。实例试验结果表明:该带式输送机驱动滚筒轴承故障诊断系统能够对无故障轴承、滚动体故障轴承、外圈故障轴承以及内圈故障轴承进行故障诊断,成功率较高,满足设计要求。The fault diagnosis system of the driving roller bearing of the belt conveyor based on the vibration signal analysis is designed and the test analysis is completed. On the basis of studying the fault characteristics of the drive roller bearing of belt conveyor, the time domain analysis method is used to locate the fault bearing, and the frequency domain analysis method is used to locate the fault location. The fault diagnosis system of bearing roller, inner ring and outer ring is established. The example test results show that the fault diagnosis system of drive roller bearing of belt conveyor can diagnose the fault of non fault bearing, rolling element fault bearing, outer ring fault bearing and inner ring fault bearing, and the success rate is high, meeting the design requirements.
