摘　　要：工业AC 220 V电源系统偶尔发生电压过高或过低情况,其危害较大。为了避免该故障对电气负载造成较大伤害,设计了一种欠压和过压检测与控制装置。该装置由电压变送器、蓄电池和集成电路板三大部分组成,其中集成电路板由硬件和程序组成。该检测与控制装置可多次反复修改正常电压的上、下限数值,其内部Atmega8单片机可根据交流电压数值、正常电压上下限值控制欠压输出控制电路和过压输出控制电路。该设计方案效果非常理想,值得在工业行业内推广应用。Occasionally, the voltage of industrial AC 220 V power supply system is too high or too low, which is harmful. In order to prevent the fault from causing great damage to the electrical load, an undervoltage and overvoltage detection and control device is designed. The device is composed of three parts: voltage transmitter, battery and integrated circuit board. The integrated circuit board is composed of hardware and program. The device can repeatedly modify and set the upper limit value of normal voltage and the lower limit value of normal voltage. Its internal Atmega8 single chip microcomputer can control the undervoltage output control circuit and overvoltage output control circuit according to the AC voltage value, the upper limit value and lower limit value of normal voltage. The effect of the design scheme is very ideal, and it is worth popularizing and applying in the industrial industry.
