摘　　要：为提高选煤厂煤炭选洗质量与效率,实现选煤工艺流程过程控制和选煤厂关键设备运行监测与故障诊断,对选煤工艺流程与主要选洗设备工作原理及故障诊断方法进行了分析。在此基础上采用PLC作为主控器设计了一套基于工业以太网通讯的选煤厂设备运行监控系统,系统可实现对现场设备的集中监测与控制,还可对选煤厂原煤、块煤、末煤及煤泥水分级分选等主要工艺流程进行全程监控,有效提高了选煤厂工作效率。In order to improve the quality and efficiency of coal washing in coal preparation plant, realize the process control of coal preparation process and the operation monitoring and fault diagnosis of key equipment in coal preparation plant, this paper analyzes the working principle and fault diagnosis method of coal preparation process and main washing equipment, and designs a set of equipment operation monitoring system in Coal Preparation Plant based on Ethernet communication by using PLC as the main controller, the system can realize centralized monitoring and control of on-site equipment, and it can also monitor the whole process of raw coal, lump coal, fine coal, slime water classification and separation in the coal preparation plant, so as to effectively improve the work efficiency of the coal preparation plant.
