摘  要:制造业是国家科技发展水平的重要标志,随着产业升级,我国制造业正逐步由“中国制造”转向“中国智造”,数控技术的运用发展是实现智能制造的关键。通过企业实际案例,对数控技术中两种主要的数控编程方法进行分析和对比,列举它们的优缺点和适用范围。实践证明,根据加工零件的形状和特点选择编程方法,能够收到事半功倍的效果。Manufacturing industry is an important symbol of the development level of national science and technology, as industry upgrades, China’s manufacturing industry is gradually changing from “Made in China” to “Made in China Intelligently”, and the development of application of CNC technology is the key to realize intelligent manufacturing. In this paper, two main CNC programming methods in CNC technology are analyzed and compared through actual cases of enterprises, and their advantages, disadvantages and application scope are listed. Practice has proved that the selection of programming method according to the shape and characteristics of machined parts can get twice the result with half the effort.
