体验视角下民族村寨民宿游客满意度研究

摘　　要：游客满意度研究对民宿经营品质和游客体验质量提升具有重要意义。文章以西江千户苗寨为研究对象,从体验视角切入探究民族村寨民宿游客体验要素及其满意度,运用重要性—绩效理论(IPA)甄别民族村寨民宿改进重点与次序。结果显示,西江民宿游客入住后各体验要素满意度均值低于重要性感知均值;民宿设施、服务以及民族文化体验要素是影响民族村寨民宿满意度的三大因素;村寨民宿品质提升需优先关注住宿设施的民族特色与安全舒适、主客互动和谐、房价合理、民族文化体验活动丰富且参与性强。基于上述分析结果,文章提出深入调研村寨民宿游客利益诉求、多渠道改善民宿设施、加强民族文化体验场域营造和体验活动设计等村寨民宿发展改进的建议。The tourist satisfaction research is important for improvement of B&B business quality and tourist experience quality. Taking Xijiang Hmong Village as an example, this study explores the tourist experience elements and satisfaction of ethnic village B&B from the perspective of experience, and uses the theory of importance-performance(IPA) to identify the priorities and sequence of ethnic village B&B improvement. The results show that: the mean satisfaction of tourists experience factors is lower than its average importance perception;the facilities, services and ethnic cultural experience were the three factors that affect the satisfaction of ethnic villages B&B;the improvement of the quality of village B&B necessitates an attention of priority to ethnic characteristics, safety and comfort of accommodation facilities, good interaction between hosts and guests, reasonable housing price, and colorful and highly participatory ethnic cultural experience activities. Based on the above analysis results, this paper puts forward such recommendations of village B&B improvement as in-depth research on tourist demands, multi-channel improvement of B&B facilities, and intensification of the construction of ethnic cultural experience fields and the design of experience activity.
