“一带一路”背景下中国经济发展的策略分析

摘　　要：随着新冠疫情全球爆发,世界面临百年未有之大变局,经济全球化及区域经济一体化的浪潮涌近,国际形势日趋严峻。在当前世界经济长期低迷的时代背景下,我国基于丝绸之路,着眼于全球经济发展格局,提出了“一带一路”发展理念。旨在高举和平发展、对外开放、兼容并蓄、互惠共赢的旗帜,在实现自身经济持续健康发展的同时,带动沿线国家经济共同发展,实现经济软着陆。“一带一路”倡议在保障我国的能源安全,促进东西部均衡发展,解决产能过剩等方面,都具有深远的意义。本文从客观的角度,浅析了“一带一路”对我国经济的影响,探讨了“一带一路”背景下有效促进经济持续稳定发展的应对策略。With the covid 19 spreading the world,the world is experiencing big changes that can exceed any kind of changes in the history.The wave of economic globalization as well as regional economic integration is coming,but the international situation has become increasingly serious.Nowadays,increasing size of economic decline happens under the background of the silk road,which focuses on the global economic development pattern,and spreads the development idea all over the world.“One belt and one road”not only aims to use the belief of the Silk Road,diffuse the spirit of peaceful development,inclusiveness,mutual benefit,and common economic development of countries,open borders to other countries along the Belt and Road,but also realizes self-sustained and solid economic development of China,achieving a soft landing of the economy.The Belt and Road Initiative is important in ensuring China’s energy security,promoting balanced development between the east and the west,and addressing overcapacity.In this paper,the author analyzes the impact of the Belt and Road initiative on China’s economy from an objective perspective,and discusses the strategies to effectively promote sustainable and stable economic development under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative.
