摘 要:航路网络是由若干条航路按照某种方式连接组成的复杂系统。应用复杂网络理论,对航路网络进行抽象建模,可以从系统整体的角度来刻画航路网络。将复杂网络理论与航路网络的配流问题相结合,以航路网络为对象,研究了突发事件导致的离场航路阻断所引起的通行能力下降问题,建立了基于阻抗函数的通行能力调配优化模型。以中国西部空域航路网构造算例,采用调配优化模型对各航路进行流量分配。结果表明:模型和算法使各航路交通流量与航路容量更加匹配,在降低航班延误时取得良好的效果,为切实改善网络通行能力,充分利用现有空域资源提供了有效途径。Air route network is a complex system composed of several routes connected in a certain way. Using complex network theory models air route network, the network can be described from a systematic and overall point of view. In this paper, the complex network theory was combined with the flow distribution problem of air route network, and the whole air route network was taken as the object to study the problem of traffic capacity decline caused by air route blocking under emergency. An optimization model of traffic capacity allocation based on impedance function was established. Taking the airspace in Western China as an example, the flow distribution of each route was carried out by using optimization model. The results show that the model and algorithm make the traffic flow of each route more match with the capacity, and achieve good results in reducing flight delay, it also provides an effective way to improve traffic capacity of air route network and make full use of the existing airspace resources.
