草原地区装配式蒙古包风雪作用下仿真研究

摘  要:装配式冷弯薄壁型钢蒙古包是一种新型房屋结构。房屋结构质量轻、柔性大的特点决定了其控制荷载为风荷载与雪荷载。基于有限元模拟ANSYS Workbench平台以及流体力学软件FLUENT,建立装配式冷弯薄壁型钢蒙古包模型与三维外流场,进行风场内风压模拟,得到蒙古包的风荷载体型系数,通过风致屋面不均匀积雪模拟得到屋面不均匀积雪分布,进而得到屋面积雪分布系数,将风荷载与风雪荷载分别作用于冷弯薄壁型钢蒙古包六边形与八边形刚架,对其受力性能进行分析。研究表明,六边形与八边形刚架在风雪作用下均未屈服,且刚架柱顶最大位移为均小于柱顶位移限值,验证了上述结构在草原地区特征荷载作用下的结构可靠性;在房屋跨度与构件截面尺寸相同的情况下,与六边形刚架相比,八边形刚架有更好的承载力。Assenbled cold-formed thin-wall steel Mongolian yurt is a new type of building structure. The characteristics of light weight and large flexibility of building structure determine that its control loads are wind load and snow load. Based on the finite element simulation platform ANSYS Workbench and the fluid dynamics software FLUENT,the assembled cold-formed thin-wall steel Mongolian yurt model and three dimensional outflow field were established to conduct wind pressure simulation in the wind field, the shape coefficients of wind loads of Mongolian yurt was obtained, uneven snow load distribution on the roof was obtained through wind-induced snow simulation, then the distribution coefficients of uneven snow cover on the roof of cold-formed thin-wall steel house were obtained, and snow and wind loads were applied to cold-formed thin-wall steel house to study its mechanical behavior. It is found that both of the hexagonal and octagonal rigid frames are not yield under wind and snow loads, and the maximum displacement at the top of the column is less than the limit displacement at the top of the column, which verified the reliability of the structure under the characteristic loads in grassland area;the octagonal rigid frames have better bearing capacity than the hexagonal rigid frames while the span and the components are the same.
