摘　　要：1943年,中国共产党建立的各根据地以“组织起来”为口号,大力发展合作制经济,使合作制成为根据地的主要经济形式。陕甘宁边区政府也力图通过合作制,开展生产,发展经济,解决边区面临的财政经济问题。从合作制经济视阈对陕甘宁边区盐业的生产和运输进行研究,可了解边区盐业是怎样被“组织起来”的,以及合作组织在盐业发展过程中的实践效果。合作组织和盐业发展二者之间调适和融合的动态过程,亦是边区盐业经济从“个体”走向“集体”的过程。一方面,盐业的生产运输由“个体化”转变为“集体化”,实现了生产革命,解决了边区经济困境;另一方面,边区民众由“个体人”转变为“集体人”,改变了劳动观念,有利于构建出边区民众的集体意识。In 1943,all the base areas established by the CPC adopted the slogan of“organizing”and vigorously developed the cooperative economy,so that it became the main economic form of the base areas. The government of Shaanxi-GansuNingxia border region also tried to carry out production,develop economy and solve the financial problems faced by the border region through the cooperative system. Through the research on the production and transportation of salt industry in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region from the perspective of cooperative economy,we can understand how the salt industry was“organized”and the practical effect of cooperative organizations in the process of salt industry development. The dynamic process of adjustment and integration between cooperative organizations and salt industry development was also the process of the border area salt industry economy moving from “individual ” to “collective. ” On the one hand,the production and transportation of salt industry changed from “individualization”to “collectivization,”which realized the production revolution and solved the economic dilemma of the border area. On the other hand,the people in the border area changed from“individual people”to “collective people,”changed the concept of labor,and constructed the collective consciousness of the people in the border area.
