摘　　要：目前河北省精细化工行业在产业链、产品质量、企业管理能力、安全生产等方面均有进一步提升的空间。为了更好地推动河北省精细化工行业的发展,文章基于SWOT分析方法对河北省精细化工行业的现状进行了全方位分析,总结了该行业目前存在的优势、劣势和面临的机会和威胁,最后从企业规模、产业集群、企业管理、研发投入、安全环保等方面对河北省精细化工行业的发展战略提出了针对性建议。At present, there are space for further improvement in the fine chemical industry of Hebei Province in terms of industrial chain, product quality, enterprise management ability, safety production, etc. In order to better promote the development of the fine chemical industry in Hebei Province, the article makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the fine chemical industry in Hebei Province based on the SWOT analysis method, summarizes the current advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by the industry, and finally puts forward targeted suggestions on the development strategy of the fine chemical industry in Hebei Province from the aspects of enterprise scale, industrial cluster, enterprise management, R&D investment, safety and environmental protection.
