摘　　要：DCS自控仪表系统应用可实现化工生产过程的自动化,有效保障生产过程的效率。DCS自控仪表系统的日常维护管理是切实保障仪表系统运行稳定的关键要素,相关人员应重视仪表系统的运行管理。文章主要对DCS自动仪表系统的特点进行研究,分析仪表系统常见故障,并对日常管理规范和管理措施进行研究,旨在提高DCS自动仪表系统应用价值。The application of DCS automatic control instrument system can realize the automation of chemical production process and effectively guarantee the efficiency of production process. The daily maintenance and management of DCS automatic control instrument system is a key element to ensure the stable operation of the instrument system. Relevant personnel shall pay attention to the operation and management of the instrument system. This paper mainly studies the characteristics of DCS automatic instrument system, analyzes the common faults of the instrument system, and studies the daily management specifications and management measures to improve the application value of DCS automatic instrument system.
