饮用水处理中MIEX树脂再生及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：MIEX树脂是一种强碱阴离子交换树脂,活性基团为氯离子。树脂交换一定时间后就达到其工作交换容量,此时树脂需要再生以恢复其交换容量。再生工况直接关系到MIEX树脂交换能力的恢复情况。再生剂一般选用氯化钠溶液,实验对MIEX树脂的不同再生工况进行了对比试验,从而找到最优的再生工况。MIEX resin is a kind of strong anion exchange resins, active group is Cl-. The resin will come to its working exchange capacity in a certain time’s exchange, then resin need regeneration. When the regeneration conditions are excellent, resin can be recovered to the original performance. Sodium chloride solution can be used to regeneration the MIEX resin. The experiments of different renewable conditions are compared, so as, to find the optimal conditions of regeneration.
