以创新创业为育人目标的分层次标准化产学合作模式研究——以大连科技学院为例

摘　　要：新技术飞速发展的大环境下,创新创业人才培养是各高校的育人目标和方向,同时创新能力也是企业对就业人才的要求。产学合作是实现创新创业人才培养的最有效模式。针对当前产学合作存在的问题,以大连科技学院产学合作经验的总结为例,提出适用于应用型院校的以创新创业为育人目标的分层次标准化产学合作模式。从构建稳固的创新型产学合作实践环境、搭建多元创新型产学合作实践平台、实施敏捷教育理念导向的“双主体”多模式六融合的产学合作协同育人模式、产出基于三主体的多样化创新型产学合作成果、“一管二通三汇报四监督”的规范化管理机制、“六阶段”标准化合作流程六个方面阐述产学合作模式的实施过程。通过该模式的实施提升学生创新力,达到促进学生就业创业的目的。With the rapid development of the new generation of information technology, talent training for innovation and entrepreneurship becomes the educational target and direction of universities. The innovation ability is enterprise requirement for employment. University-Enterprise cooperation is the most effective pattern to realize innovation and Entrepreneurship. By summing up experiences of University-Enterprise cooperation from the past,the paper proposed a hierarchical and standardized University-Enterprise cooperative pattern aimed for innovation and entrepreneurship which could be used in applied universities for the current problems in University-Enterprise cooperation. The paper elaborated the implementation process of the University-Enterprise cooperation pattern which included the building of stable innovative practice environment for University-Enterprise cooperation, the constructing of diversifying innovative practice platform for University-Enterprise cooperation, the implementing of agile-educationoriented “Double-Subjects” multi-mode six-fusions University-Enterprise cooperative education pattern, the outputting of “Triple-Subjects” diversified innovative University-Enterprise cooperative achievement, the “First-Management Second-Communication Third-Report Fourth-Supervision” standardized management mechanism, “Six-phase ”Standardized cooperation process.
