摘 要:喀斯特地区生物碳泵过程中碳酸钙与溶解性磷酸盐的共沉淀是喀斯特水体的一种“自净机制”,对于缓解水体富营养化具有重要意义。为研究喀斯特筑坝河流中生物碳泵对水中磷的去除机制,在平寨水库和红枫湖进行了系统采样,通过分析悬浮颗粒物中总磷(TP)及磷形态的沉降通量与水化学参数及Chl-a的关系,明确了生物碳泵的除磷机制。结果表明,平寨水库和红枫湖悬浮颗粒物中TP沉降通量有夏季高、冬季低的季节性变化特点;在空间上有上游的TP沉降通量大,下游大坝处的沉降通量小的特点。此外,金属氧化物结合态磷(NaOH-SRP)、氧化还原敏感磷(BD-P)和钙结合态磷(HCl-P)的沉降通量还受到生物碳泵的影响。Ca2+浓度与HCl-P沉降通量、pH和DO%与NaOH-SRP、BD-P的相关性分析进一步证实生物碳泵在喀斯特湖库中的除磷效果。The co-precipitation of soluble phosphate with calcium carbonate in the biological carbon pump process in the karst area is an important self-cleaning mechanism in karst water.It has important significance to alleviate eutrophication of water body.In order to study the mechanism of phosphorus removal by the biological carbon pump(BCP)process in dammed karst rivers,samples of two rivers of the Pingzhai Reservoir and Lake Hongfeng were systematically collected for investigating relationships of settling fluxes of the total phosphorus(TP)and various formed phosphorus in suspended particulates with the hydrochemical parameters and the Chl-a values,and then elucidating the phosphorus removal mechanism of the BCP.The results show that settling fluxes of the TP in suspended particulates of the two reservoirs are characterized by clear spatiotemporal variations as those of suspended particulates collected in summer are higher than those of suspended particulates collected in winter,and those of suspended particulates collected in the upstream are higher than those of suspended particulates collected in the downstream of the reservoirs.In addition,the settling fluxes of the NaOH-SRP,BD-P,and HCl-P were affected by the BCP.Correlation analysis of calcium concentrations with HCl-P settling fluxes,and correlation analyses of pH and DO%values with settling fluxes of the NaOH-SRP and BD-P further had confirmed that the phosphorus was effectively removed by the BCP in the two studied reservoirs.
