摘  要:为了减缓过街行人对不受信号灯控的右转机动车流的阻断影响,通过车联网环境下交叉口控制中心可获取的行人与右转车辆信息,在践行礼让行人的前提下,建立效率优先的车速引导模型,使右转车辆可根据过街行人的情况,灵活地调整车速,尽可能的做到不停车快速通过。基于python与交通仿真软件vissim对该方法进行仿真验证,模拟对比了传统驾驶模式以及本文提出的控制策略下的交叉口通行情况,结果表明:在400 pcu/h、800 pcu/h行人流量下的平均车辆行程时间减少30.73%、64.62%;在800 pcu/h行人流量下,机动车流量在500~800pcu/h的燃油消耗量优化较为明显,平均下降了41.9%。In order to reduce the impact of pedestrians crossing the street on the flow of right-turning vehicles that are not controlled by signal lights, the control center of signalized intersections based on the information of pedestrians and right-turning vehicles in the Internet of Vehicles environment, under the premise of practicing the priority of pedestrians, establishes efficiency. The priority vehicle speed control model enables right-turning vehicles to flexibly adjust the vehicle speed according to the situation of pedestrians crossing the street, so as to pass as quickly as possible without stopping. The driving mode and the traffic situation of the intersection under the control strategy proposed in this paper show that the average vehicle travel time is reduced by 30.73% and 64.62% under the pedestrian flow of 400 pcu/h and 800 pcu/h. Under the pedestrian flow of 800 pcu/h, the fuel consumption optimization of the motor vehicle flow at 500~800 pcu/h is more obvious, with an average decrease of 41.9%. The time-space trajectory of motor vehicles is smoother, the phenomenon of frequent start-stop and idling no longer occurs, and the utilization of traffic resources at intersections is also more fully utilized.
