摘　　要：本文报道1例经皮主动脉瓣置换术后持续性心房颤动患者,于心腔内超声指导下完成冷冻球囊消融及左心耳封堵的一站式手术。心腔内超声的应用贯穿整个手术过程,为手术成功提供保障。望对临床上的类似病例提供借鉴。We report a case of a patient with persistent atrial fibrillation after percutaneous aortic valve replacement who underwent one-stop treatment of cryoballoon ablation and lef t atrial appendage closure guided by intracardiac echocardiography. The application of intracardiac echocardiography is throughout the whole operation,and provides a guarantee for the success of the operation. We hope this report will provide references for similar cases.
