摘 要:为测度2007—2020年江西科技对全省生态文明的贡献率,以揭示科技对生态文明作用的客观规律,基于产业与生态互利共生的生态文明本质内涵,利用江西2007—2020年统计数据,首先运用PSIR-SEM方法确定生态文明指标及其权重;其次通过“指标—指数”耦合方法构建Lotka-Volterra模型,由指标及其权重算出生态文明阈值指数、绿值指数,据此对江西生态文明阶段与水平“二步测度判定”;然后以生态文明水平为因变量,纳入农业、林业、畜牧业、渔业、工业、建筑业、交通业、运输业、科技业、生态环保业,并以其发展水平作为自变量,改进C-D生产函数以构建“双对数模型”来估计科技对生态文明作用回归系数;最后通过“归一化”算法由回归系数测度江西科技对生态文明的贡献率,并比较科技与其他产业对生态文明贡献率差异程度。研究表明:(1)江西科技对全省生态文明的贡献率逐年递增,但在所有产业中,科技贡献率次于林业、农业、生态环保治理业,距离高贡献率仍任重道远;(2)林业对生态文明建设发挥主导作用而科技发挥辅助作用;(3)江西绿色科技发展水平有待提高,未来亟需依靠绿色科技以建设生态文明。这为管理者制定科技助推生态文明建设的对策建议提供决策参考。It measured the contribution rate of science and technology to ecological civilization from 2007 to 2020 in Jiangxi so that the objective regulations of science and technology to ecological civilization could be scientifically revealed. Firstly,the indicators of ecological civilization and their weightings were determined by means of PSIR and SEM on basis of the ecological civilization essential connotation that industry and ecology are mutualism with the data of fourteen years from 2007 to 2020 in Jiangxi. Secondly, the Lotka-Volterra symbiotic model was constructed with the method of the coupling from indicators to indexes so that the threshold values and green values could be measured through the indicators and their weightings of ecological civilization in Jiangxi. And then the stage and level of ecological civilization were “two-step”judged according to the threshold values and green values in Jiangxi. Thirdly, the level of ecological civilization was put as the dependent variable and the development levels of agriculture, forestry, graziery, fishery, industrial, construction,transportation, science and technology, ecological environmental protection were put as the independent variables. And then the double logarithmic model through improving C-D production function model was built to estimate the regression coefficients of science and technology to ecological civilization. Finally, the contribution rates of science and technology to ecological civilization were calculated by means of normalization on basis of regression coefficients and compared with the other industries’ contributions. The following conclusions are found.(1) The contribution rates of science and technology to the ecological civilization in Jiangxi are increasing year by year;Although it ranks the lower after forestry, agriculture and ecological environmental protection, there is still a long way to go before the higher contribution rates.(2) Forestry plays a leading role while science and technology plays an assistant role in constr
