摘  要:为了解决公路运输碳达峰与碳中和测算中关键的农村公路行驶量估计问题,提出一种通过卫星遥感影像与自动化公路交通调查数据融合的行驶量估计方法。使用卫星遥感影像获得农村公路车辆密度与高等级公路车辆密度的比值。使用自动化交通调查获取的县道车辆行驶速度,以及县、乡、村三级农村公路设计速度的比例关系,估计农村公路车辆平均速度,进而获得农村公路与高等级公路车辆速度的比值。以自动化交通调查获取的高等级公路交通量为基准,根据农村公路与高等级公路的车辆密度比及车辆速度比,估计农村公路平均断面交通量及行驶量。在31个省级行政区随机抽样的基础上开展测算。农村公路日均断面交通量估计结果为182辆/d,行驶量为8.11×10^(8)车·km/d。为广域农村公路的行驶量估计问题提供了简易的工程解决方案,同时探索了静态影像数据与动态交通检测数据融合推算公路交通运行情况的技术方法。提出的方法不依赖影像比例尺信息,同样适用于无人机航拍数据。In order to solve the key problem of estimating the VKT of rural highway for the carbon emission measurement of highway transportation, an estimation method of VKT based on data fusion of satellite remote sensing images and automated highway traffic detection stations is presented. The ratio of vehicle density of rural highways to that of high-level highways is obtained using satellite remote sensing images. Rural highways consist of county roads, township roads, and village roads. The average speed of county roads is obtained with the automated traffic detection data. The ratios between the speeds of county roads, township roads, and village roads are obtained according to the technical standard of highway engineering. Then the average speed of rural highways and the the ratio of speed of rural highways to that of high-level highways are obtained. Taking the traffic volume of high-level highways obtained by automated traffic detection as the benchmark, the average traffic volume and VKT of rural highways are calculated according to the ratio of vehicle density and vehicle speed between rural highways and high-level highways. Based on the data of random sampling of 31 provinces, the proposed method is checked. The results show that the average traffic volume of rural highways is 182 vehicles/day, and the VKT is 8.11×10^(8) vehicles·km/day. This paper provides an effective method for solving the problem of VKT estimation of wide-area rural highways, and explores the technical approach of detecting highway operation status by fusing static image data and dynamic traffic detection data. The proposed method does not dependent on image scale information, so it is applicable to the data of UAV photography as well.
