摘  要:路面结冰严重影响道路运营安全,明确路面结冰状态可以有效预防交通事故的发生。基于压电谐振原理设计了一种道路冰雪智能监测设备,在不同工况下对监测设备进行了标定,分析了设备的精确度,验证了设备的长期工作有效性,并将设备于高速公路实际安装应用。研究结果表明:监测设备可以区分干燥、积水、结冰等路表状态,同时可以测量水层、冰层的厚度;监测设备精度高于96%,具有较好的耐久性、稳定性和长效性,可以满足道路结冰监测工作的需求。Road icing seriously affects road operating safety, and making clear the road icing state can effectively prevent traffic accidents. Based on the principle of piezoelectric resonance, an intelligent road ice monitoring equipment is proposed. The monitoring equipment is calibrated under different working conditions. The accuracy of the equipment is analyzed, and the long-term effectiveness of the equipment is verified. Moreover, the equipment is installed on an expressway. The results show that the monitoring equipment can distinguish the road surface state such as dry, water logging and icing, at the same time can measure the thickness of water and ice layer. The monitoring equipment can realize the accuracy of more than 96% with good durability, stability and long-term performance, which can meet the needs of road icing monitoring.
