摘  要:在水泥钢渣混凝土路面上应用生命周期评价(Life Cycle Assessment),并使用公路路面设计程序系统HPDS分析钢渣掺量对路面强度的影响,以长200 m、宽3.5 m×2的双向单车道水泥混凝土路面为功能单位,从材料生产运输、施工建设2个阶段对4种钢渣掺量的路面设计方案进行计算分析。研究表明材料生产阶段中,碳排放的主要影响因素是钢渣掺量和钢渣加工工艺排放;掺钢渣的路面结构方案在建设期碳排放中,在未稳层掺60%钢渣的方案二碳排放最优;整个生产周期,材料生产阶段碳排放值增幅大于运输和施工阶段增幅;所有方案碳排放情况与能耗分析相似,综合考虑最具减排潜力的方案为水稳层和未稳定层均掺60%钢渣的方案三。对钢渣路面中钢渣运距进行敏感性分析表明,含钢渣与无钢渣方案碳排放与能耗相等时,钢渣运距与天然集料运距强相关,两者差值随运距增加而逐渐增加。敏感性分析确定出路面结构方案中钢渣的最佳掺量为40%,符合经济效益与环境效益需求。Life Cycle Assessment(LCA) and highway pavement design program system(HPDS) are applied to analyze the influence of steel slag content on pavement strength.The cement concrete pavement with a length of 200 m and a width of 3.5 m is used as a functional unit.Four types of pavement design schemes of steel slag content are calculated and analyzed from two stages, which are the material production and transportation of materials, and construction duration.The results show that, the main influencing factors of carbon emissions are steel slag content and steel slag processing process emissions in the material production stage.The scheme 2 of mixing 60% steel slag in the unstable layer has the best carbon emission among the 3 schemes of pavement structure mixed with steel slag during the construction period.In the entire production cycle, the increase of carbon emission value in material production stage is greater than that in transportation and construction stage.The carbon emissions of all schemes are similar to the energy consumption analysis, and the scheme 3 with the most emission reduction potential, with 60% steel slag mixed in both the water stable layer and the unstable layer.The sensitivity analysis of steel slag transportation distance in steel slag pavement scheme shows that when the carbon emissions and energy consumption of the schemes with steel slag and without steel slag are equal, the transportation distance of steel slag is strongly correlated with that of natural aggregate, and the difference between them increases with the increase of transportation distance.The sensitivity analysis determines that the optimal content of steel slag in the pavement structure scheme is 40%,which meets the requirements of economic and environmental benefits.
