摘　　要：广泛性焦虑又名广泛焦虑症或广泛性焦虑障碍,是我国最为常见的一种焦虑障碍,也是临床常见、多发的一种精神疾病,可导致患者不明原因的紧张不安、提心吊胆及显著的自主神经功能紊乱症状,难以与他人正常交流,从而造成自身社会功能的严重损害,降低患者生活质量。也因此,临床对广泛性焦虑诊治工作尤为重视。中医诊治广泛性焦虑历史悠久,认知充分,并将其归纳为“郁证”“心悸”“惊恐”“脏躁”等范畴,认为病机在肝、胆,可从肝胆入手进行治疗。本文探析从肝胆论治广泛性焦虑,为临床广泛性焦虑患者治疗提供参考。Generalized anxiety disorder, also known as generalized anxiety disorder or generalized anxiety disorder, is the most common anxiety disorder in my country, and it is also a common and frequently-occurring mental disorder in clinical practice. It can cause unexplained nervousness, anxiety, and significant autonomic dysfunction in patients,making it difficult to communicate with others normally, thereby causing serious damage to their own social functions and reducing the quality of life of patients. Therefore, the clinic pays special attention to the diagnosis and treatment of generalized anxiety. The diagnosis and treatment of generalized anxiety in traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and sufficient knowledge, and it is classified into the categories of "depression syndrome" "palpitations" "panic" "dirty irritability" and other categories. treat. This article analyzes the treatment of generalized anxiety from the perspective of liver and gallbladder, and provides a reference for the clinical treatment of patients with generalized anxiety.
