会阴部疼痛相关疾病的分类及治疗

摘　　要：会阴部疼痛在临床并不少见,但是相关疾病的研究并不多。准确地说,慢性会阴部疼痛是一种特发性多因素模糊障碍,是神经系统、肌肉骨骼和内分泌系统之间复杂相互作用的综合征,进一步受到行为和心理因素的影响。对于这种疼痛的病因缺乏了解,许多同义词,如慢性肛周疼痛、慢性特发性肛门疼痛、肛肠神经痛、特发性盆腔后痛、肛提肌综合征、痉挛性盆底综合征、痉挛性肛提肌综合征和痉挛性梨状肌都试图描述这个问题。然而诊断会阴部疼痛是由哪一种疾病引起的是比较困难的,因为它们构成重叠的功能实体,本文对引起会阴部疼痛相关疾病的分类、定义、症状及治疗等进行了相关综述。Perineal pain receives little research attention despite the fact that it is prevalent. Exactly,chronic perineal pain is an idiopathic multifactorial vague disorder, a syndrome of a complex interaction between neurological, musculoskeletal, and endocrine systems that is further affected by behavioural and psychological factors. The lack of understanding of the aetiology of this pain is apparent to many synonyms such as chronic perianal pain, chronic idiopathic anal pain, anorectal neuralgia, idiopathic posterior pelvic pain, levator syndrome, spastic pelvic floor syndrome, spastic levator syndrome and spastic piriformis, which attempt to describe the problem. The diagnosis of perineal pain syndromes is difficult because they constitute overlapping functional entities. This article reviews the classification, definition, symptoms and treatment of diseases related to perineal pain.
