摘  要:慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)由于其高发病率和死亡率,已成为全世界范围内的严重健康问题,心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease, CVD)是CKD患者常见的并发症,也是引起CKD患者死亡的主要原因。因此,准确评估心血管风险对CKD患者的诊治过程及预后十分关键。脑钠肽(B-type natriuretic peptide,BNP)及N末端脑钠肽前体(N-terminal probrain-B-type natriuretic peptide,NT-proBNP)长期以来一直被认为是反映血流动力学心脏应激和心力衰竭(HF)存在及严重程度的定量血浆生物标志物。然而,由于其很容易受到肾功能的影响,因此BNP及NT-proBNP在CKD患者中的应用区别于其他人群,本文就BNP及NT-proBNP在CKD中的研究进展做一简单论述。Chronic kidney disease(CKD) has become a serious health problem all over the world because of its high morbidity and mortality. Cardiovascular disease(CVD) is a common complication of CKD patients and the main cause of their death. Therefore, accurate assessment of cardiovascular risk is very important for the diagnosis and treatment process and prognosis of CKD patients. B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) and N-terminal probrainB-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) have long been regarded as quantitative plasma biomarkers reflecting the existence and severity of hemodynamic cardiac stress and heart failure(HF). However, because it is easily affected by renal function, the application of BNP and NT-proBNP in CKD patients is different from other people. This article briefly discusses the research progress of BNP and NT-proBNP in CKD.
