摘 要:本文为研究船舶某型特种设备保障过程中出现的伺服系统大型底盘组件传动噪声及组件损耗,以传动噪声做为课题输入,对噪声现象及原因开展分析,通过比对现场组件损耗技术状态,采用对照相关标准数据、利用故障树分析法确定排除措施。依据相关行业标准、国家标准开展传动机构的正弦跑合、动态数据调试,结合相关齿轮啮合传动数据指标进行验证的方式,最终确定故障定位,在其基础上进一步开展技术状态分析,确定了故障排查和解决的最终方法,避免了进一步扩大修理的风险,具有一定的借鉴意义。In order to study the transmission noise and component loss of large chassis components of the servo system during the support of a certain type of special equipment on ship, this paper takes the transmission noise as the subject,analyzes the noise phenomenon and its causes, compares the technical status of component loss on site, and uses the fault tree analysis method to determine the elimination measures in contrast to relevant standard data. According to the relevant industry standards and national standards, it carries out the sine running and dynamic data debugging of the transmission mechanism, and fi nally determines the fault location by combining the verifi cation method of the relevant gear meshing transmission data indicators. On this basis, it further carries out the technical status analysis, and determines the fi nal method of fault troubleshooting and resolution, which avoids further expanding the repair risk, and has certain reference signifi cance.
