摘　　要：灯具产品中包含大量绝缘材料。绝缘材料的性能对产品的安全及可靠性起到无法替代的作用。在灯具现行国家标准(GB 7000.1-2015)中,绝缘材料应符合相关试验要求。本文根据灯具产品中绝缘材料的作用进行试验项目的划分,并分析了灯具标准与灯具零部件标准中绝缘材料测试项目的差异,以便及时对灯具部件补充相应测试项目,为后续标准的制修订及产品的生产、研发提供参考。Lighting products contain a lot of insulating materials, and the performance of insulating materials plays an irreplaceable role in the safety and reliability of products. In the current national standard for lamps(GB 7000.1-2015), the insulating material should meet the relevant test requirements. This paper divides the test items of insulating materials in lighting products according to their functions, and analyzes the differences between the test items of insulating materials in lighting standards and lighting parts standards, so as to supplement the corresponding test items for lighting components in time, and provide reference for the development and revision of future standards and the production,research and development, and testing of products.
