浅析标准化施工对桥梁质量的影响

摘　　要：为了给桥梁标准化施工提供一些参考,本文利用案例分析法,以一个桥梁施工项目为例,简单介绍了桥梁标准化施工措施,并进一步探究了标准化施工对桥梁质量的影响。桥梁标准化施工措施包括基础标准化、下部结构标准化、现浇标准化、桥面系标准化。标准化施工是提高桥梁质量的有效手段之一,对提高桥梁外观质量具有正面影响,且可以整治钢筋起弯角度与位置不合规、钢筋骨架定位偏差大、混凝土保护层厚度不合规、结构物边角破损等桥梁质量通病。In order to provide some reference for the standardized construction of bridges, this paper uses the case analysis method, takes a bridge construction project as an example, briefly introduces the standardized construction measures of bridges, and further explores the impact of standardized construction on bridge quality. The standardized construction measures of bridge include foundation standardization, substructure standardization, cast-in-place standardization and bridge deck standardization. Standardized construction is one of the effective means to improve the quality of bridges, which has a positive impact on the appearance of bridges, and can solve the common quality problems of bridges, such as the improper bending angle and position of steel bars, the large deviation of steel frame positioning, the improper thickness of concrete protective layer, and the damage to the edges and corners of structures.
