摘  要:我国大中专毕业生人数不断增加,涉农求职者面临着复杂严峻的就业形势。求职者面对纷繁复杂的职位信息,难以快速高效地找到自己心仪的工作。本研究基于Python程序获取涉农职位数据,经清洗后,使用Echarts、Tableau等工具对职位数据进行可视化分析。将涉农求职者关注的相关就业因素,绘制出学历要求环形图、涉农职位需求分布图、福利待遇词云等可视化页面。该项研究有助于求职者筛选出自己心仪的职位,也为涉农求职者提供就业参考。With the increasing number of college and technical secondary school graduates in China, agricultural job seekers are facing a complex and severe employment situation. In the face of complicated job information, it is difficult for job seekers to find their favorite job quickly and efficiently. This research is based on Python program to obtain agriculture related position data.After cleaning the position data, Echarts, Tableau and other tools are used to visually analyze the position data. The relevant employment factors concerned by agricultural job seekers are plotted on visualization pages such as the circular chart of educational requirements, the distribution map of agricultural job demand, and the word cloud of welfare benefits. It helps job seekers to screen out their favorite positions, and also provides employment reference for agricultural job seekers.
