摘　　要：为了提升服务水平,优化营商环境,推进基础测绘成果申请审批服务便民化,研究利用现有基础测绘成果数据,结合Redis、XML和ArcGIS Server等技术,构建测绘与基础地理信息中心的公众服务平台。基础测绘成果网上查询系统的应用,有效缓解了公众对地理信息的需求和当前地理信息供给不足的矛盾。In order to improve the service level, optimize the business environment and promote the facilitation of application and approval services for basic mapping results, using the existing basic mapping results data and combining technologies such as Redis, XML and ArcGIS Server, a public service platform for mapping and basic geographic information centre is constructed. The application of the online enquiry system for basic mapping results effectively alleviates the contradiction between the public demand for geographical information and the current shortage of geographical information supply.
