摘　　要：为了研究我国汽车分类法规,对美国、日本和欧洲的汽车分类进行了简要的介绍。本文从汽车准入及通用管理(注册上牌、税费、报废等)方面着重介绍了中国汽车分类法规体系,并对比分析了与国外法规的差异,同时对国内各分类法规之间进行了分析比对。In order to study the automobile classifi cation regulations of China, the automobile classifi cation methods of the United States, Japan and Europe are introduced. The paper introduces the automobile classifi cation regulation system in China from the aspects of type approval and general management(registration, tax, end-of-life vehicles, etc.), compares and analyzes the differences with foreign regulations, and also compares the domestic classifi cation regulations.
